Sake & Tea

special brewing(Tokubetsuhonjozo)

Japanese rice wine

Sake made with rice polished to less than 60% or produced by a special method. Brewing alcohol is added, the rice is well polished, and the taste is often clean and crisp. It can be served chilled or heated, but we recommend drinking it chilled to enjoy the sharpness and freshness that only special honjozo sake can offer. The flavor is tighter and more delicate.
