Visitors can also enjoy other types of dumplings made with local ingredients, which are called &#8220;craft dumplings,&#8221; and which showcase the attention to detail of the artisans who make them.<\/p>\n<p>Gyoza no Ten Okeyo, a long-established gyoza specialty restaurant listed in the Michelin Guide Tokyo Bib Gourmand, offers a variety of gyoza delicacies that gyoza lovers must try at least once, including &#8220;Okeyo&#8217;s Yaki-gyoza&#8221;, which is made by hand with a three-day process for the bean paste and skin, and &#8220;Sansuiro Yatsugatake gyoza&#8221;, served by the imperial household favorite &#8220;Sansuiro Yatsugatake gyoza&#8221;. If you like gyoza, you will want to try these gems at least once.<\/p>\n<p>Other 31 kinds of gyoza from all over the country are also available, including &#8220;Oita Bungoya Yaki Gyoza (Secret Soy Sauce Style)&#8221; from Bungoya, a famous restaurant in Nakatsu, Oita, and &#8220;Light Negipon Gyoza&#8221; from gyoza specialty restaurant Sankumi, which uses rare Abel Kurobuta pork from Kagoshima Prefecture, and many other kinds of gyoza with arrangement techniques.<\/p>\n<p>Gyoza menu items are priced at 700 yen each.
