Itaya Hazan is known for his many elegant and prestigious ceramic works. One of his masterpieces, the &#8220;Porcelain Vase with Rare Fruit Design,&#8221; designated as an Important Cultural Property, was purchased in 1917 by Sumitomo Shunsui, the 15th head of the Sumitomo family, who loved Hazan&#8217;s works, and was handed down to the Izumiya Hakkokan Tokyo.<br \/>\nIn addition to his works, ceramic shards that were destroyed after trial and error and other valuable materials tracing his life will be exhibited.
