Japanese sake is sake made using traditional Japanese brewing methods. This year&#8217;s festival, the 20th, features approximately 170 varieties of Japanese sake, including Nanbu Bijin, Ichinokura, and Yonezuru, all of which have won awards at sake competitions and product fairs in Japan and abroad. Some of the sake available for tasting can be purchased on the spot, so be sure to bring some home as souvenirs.<br \/>\nFood booths will offer regional specialties and dishes from popular restaurants. On the venue stage, live performances will be given by the &#8220;Kitamura Sisters,&#8221; a unit of Tsugaru shamisen sisters on the first day, and the male-female twin-vocal unit &#8220;Oc (Oc)&#8221; on the second day.
