the shop\u2019s name, is notable for its perfectly round shape without skewers.The red-bean \u201cAzuki filling\u201d uses Fujimurasaki azuki from Tokachi, Hokkaido.The white \u201cShiro-an filling\u201d is made from tebou beans, a type of kidney bean.The yellow \u201cMiso filling,\u201d made from a blend of white and red miso, completes the set of three.\u300c\u201cKototoi Monaka\u201d
