sold.<\/h2>\n\n<p>Tamura Sake Brewery began brewing sake in 1822, and in 2022 will celebrate its 200th anniversary as a well-established company that follows an enterprising spirit while preserving tradition. The company produces and sells high quality sake while balancing costs. The &#8220;Maboroshi no Sake Kaisen&#8221; series, Tamura Sake Brewery&#8217;s flagship product, is named after the site where the water was found to be suitable for sake brewing. Kasen&#8217;s signature brand, &#8220;Special Honjozo Genjo-no-shu,&#8221; has a full-bodied taste with a subdued aroma that one never gets tired of.<br\/>In addition to &#8220;Kaisen,&#8221; the company also sells products that allow customers to enjoy the taste of selected rice from various regions of Japan, such as &#8220;Kaneju Tamura,&#8221; as well as mellow-flavored products such as &#8220;Tokyo Wazou,&#8221; which is &#8220;MADE IN TOKYO. It is a very attractive sake with a strong mouthfeel and a good aftertaste. It is suitable for both hot and cold drinking, and its flavor can be enjoyed at different temperatures.
