Based on the traditions from the Edo period, the 2023 “Edo no Kusabu Toyoshimaya no Shirozake” was created by sticking to the old-fashioned production method.

It is a white sake with a graceful, deep sweetness that is depicted in the old Edo period document “Edo Meisho Zue” (Edo Meisho Zue), has appeared in numerous historical novels, and is said to be the original white sake offered at the Hina Festival.
