徳丸北野神社（東京・板橋）（とくまるきたのじんじゃ／Tokumaru Kitano Shrine）

お祭り田遊び菅原道真重要無形民俗文化財

板橋区内最古の氏神様。正暦年間（990～994年）に疫病が流行した際、「当地にある梅の古木に祈願をせよ」というお告げのとおりしたところ疫病が去ったことが創建のきっかけとなりました。梅の木は菅原道真公が愛した木といわれているので、この不思議な霊験は菅公によるものに間違いないとして、京都の北野天満宮から御分霊をいただいてこの神社が創建されました。創建以来1年も休まずに続いている「田遊び神事」は、板橋区と区民が制定した「板橋十景」や国の重要無形民俗文化財に指定されています。
