Tokyo Tokyo National Products Exhibition JAPAN SELECT 2022

Holding period

2022.08.24 〜 2022.08.30

Selected specialties from all over Japan gathered at KITTE

This event is organized by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government as an opportunity to restore vitality to Japan after the Corona disaster. The venue will be divided into six areas (Hokkaido/Tohoku, Kanto, Chubu, Kinki, Chugoku/Shikoku, and Kyushu/Okinawa) to sell selected specialty products.
A variety of popular products such as “Furano Yukidoke Cheesecake” from Hokkaido and “Okome Bread” from Niigata will be on display. In the center of the venue, there will be a “JAPAN SELECT 47” local curry corner. A total of 47 kinds of retort curries will be on display, from curries made with crab, scallops, and beef tongue to more unusual curries made with cherries and ginger.
On Saturday and Sunday, there will be stage events featuring Kumamon from Kumamoto Prefecture, Shimaneko from Shimane Prefecture, and other local yuru-chara. Although it is still difficult to travel to these events, you will feel like you have toured the whole country if you come to the festival!
