Festivals and local gourmet foods from all over Japan gather in Tokyo

An event where you can enjoy festivals and local delicacies from all over Japan, held for the first time in three years, this year’s theme is “Nippon Restart! This year’s theme is “Nippon Restarts! The highlight of the festival is that floats from the Aomori Nebuta Festival and Hirosaki Neputa Festival will be pulled around the venue, allowing visitors to see them up close and personal. You can feel the power of the festival without having to leave Tokyo.

In the “National Gotochi Donburi Championship,” participants will compete for the “No. 1 Gotochi Donburi” by comparing bowls of rice topped with local specialties from all over Japan for 700 yen each, such as Tokachi Beef Tollo Donburi (Hokkaido) and Nagoya Cochin Oyakodon (Aichi Prefecture), and casting their votes for the most delicious bowl.

In addition, there will be “Gotochi Chara Daishasai” where local characters from all over Japan, such as Funassyi, will make daily appearances at the venue, “Chokko” Wanmitsuma Yokocho” where you can enjoy a little sake and snacks from all over Japan at a reasonable price, and “Furusato Bread Festival” where hot bread stores from all over Japan will be open. The “Furusato Bread Festival” will also be held.
