Autumn leaves and roses, Japanese and Western autumn

Holding period

2022.11.12 〜 2022.12.04

Viewing autumn roses with colored leaves

In the Old Furukawa Garden, the autumn leaves are usually at their best from mid-November, and the maple trees and ginkgo trees in the Japanese garden turn red, yellow, and orange. Meanwhile, in the Western-style garden, colorful autumn roses bloom until early December. Visitors can enjoy the roses along with the autumn leaves in the Japanese garden. Visitors can enjoy both Japanese and Western-style autumn scenery, which is rare in Tokyo.
There will be a Tsugaru shamisen concert (December 3, 12:00 – 3:00 p.m., about 30 minutes each time), temporary stores, and garden guided tours by volunteer garden guides (Saturday, Sunday, and holidays, 11:00 – 2:00 p.m., about 60 minutes each time) around the Japanese garden with its autumn leaves.
