Deciding the best dried noodles, a traditional Japanese food, in Japan

This is a food event to introduce the goodness of dried noodles such as soba, udon, somen, and Chinese noodles, which are traditional Japanese foods, to many people.

On the day of the event, visitors will compare and vote for their favorite dried noodles to determine the grand prize. Vendors who know how to make the best dried noodles will sell their original noodle menus.
This year’s menu features 28 dishes. The menu includes unique dishes such as “Yaki Somen Noodle Taco Style,” “Ethnic Soy Milk Tantalizing Somen Noodle,” and “Udon Noodle with Spicy Taccalbi-Sanuki-Udon Topped with Melted Cheese on the Spot! and “Udon Noodle with Spicy and Delicious Spicy Takkarbi!

Other exciting events include a “12 kinds of craft beer drinking comparison” and a “Garigari-kun Soda” giveaway to the first 1,500 visitors each day. A talk show by DEEN vocalist Shuichi Ikemori, who is also known as a soba enthusiast, will be held on both days.
