Aya”, a slightly sparkling junmai sake released only in summer and winter, is finally on sale! It is now available with a cool summer-only label. This junmai sake, which features natural effervescence due to secondary fermentation in the bottle by retaining the ingredients from straining the mash, is perfect for Italian and French cuisine as well as Japanese food. It is a limited edition product, so if you are interested, be sure to get in early!
