【とらや】「栗鹿の子」

鹿の子は、「鹿の子斑(かのこまだら)」(鹿の背の白い斑紋)に見立てて、甘く煮た豆を餡玉につけたお菓子です。
『栗鹿の子』は、豆の代わりに栗を用いたもので、実り豊かな秋を感じさせます。
