Grilled, deep-fried, and sui-gyoza, as well as xiaolongbao! 31 kinds of dumplings from all over Japan!

A total of 31 kinds of dumpling dishes including baked, sui-gyoza, deep-fried, xiaolongbao, and yaki-sai will be served at the event. Visitors can also enjoy other types of dumplings made with local ingredients, which are called “craft dumplings,” and which showcase the attention to detail of the artisans who make them.

Gyoza no Ten Okeyo, a long-established gyoza specialty restaurant listed in the Michelin Guide Tokyo Bib Gourmand, offers a variety of gyoza delicacies that gyoza lovers must try at least once, including “Okeyo’s Yaki-gyoza”, which is made by hand with a three-day process for the bean paste and skin, and “Sansuiro Yatsugatake gyoza”, served by the imperial household favorite “Sansuiro Yatsugatake gyoza”. If you like gyoza, you will want to try these gems at least once.

Other 31 kinds of gyoza from all over the country are also available, including “Oita Bungoya Yaki Gyoza (Secret Soy Sauce Style)” from Bungoya, a famous restaurant in Nakatsu, Oita, and “Light Negipon Gyoza” from gyoza specialty restaurant Sankumi, which uses rare Abel Kurobuta pork from Kagoshima Prefecture, and many other kinds of gyoza with arrangement techniques.

Gyoza menu items are priced at 700 yen each. In addition, craft beer, highballs, and sweets that go well with gyoza are also available.
