Bon dance, a traditional Japanese dance event, mixed with various dance music. Bon dance at Miyashita Park at the end of this summer!
The Meiji-dori Miyashita Park Shopping Association will hold “SHIBUYA MIYASHITA PARK BON DANCE 2023” on Sunday, September 10, 2023, at the MIYASHITA PARK lawn.
●Bon-Dance & Music
The main event, Bon Odori, which brings excitement to the end of summer, dance music by DJs, and improvised live performances by a percussion group create a festival unique to Shibuya.
In the open MIYASHITA PARK lawn, people of all ages, genders, nationalities, and titles will gather around the turret to enjoy a new type of Bon dance, which will include not only traditional folk songs but also famous songs passed down from generation to generation in the Showa, Heisei, and 2025 eras.
●Food & Drink
The event will be centered around the MIYASHITA PARK area, where stores with connections to the Shibuya area and music will gather to offer unique drinks and food that they proudly recommend.
●Festival Market
This is a special market area where various people and goods that form Shibuya gather to experience music + fashion + art in a fair style.
