Chefs from famous restaurants offer limited-edition dishes made with Tokyo ingredients

The “Tokyo Ajiwai Festa 2022 TASTE of TOKYO” will be held at four venues in Marunouchi, Hibiya, Yurakucho, and Toyosu, where famous restaurants in Tokyo will offer limited-edition dishes using Tokyo ingredients. Food will be served in kitchen cars and booths gathered at four venues in Marunouchi, Hibiya, Yurakucho, and Toyosu.
In the Marunouchi area, for example, a vegan sandwich of Takinogawa burdock and cucumber is now available. You will be surprised at the variety of Tokyo ingredients available.
A number of events exclusive to each site are also planned. In the Marunouchi area, a vegetable market will be held to sell vegetables. In the Yurakucho area, a vegetable field experience will be held to discover the charm of Tokyo agriculture, and in the Toyosu area, an event plaza will be opened where visitors can learn about agriculture, forestry, and fisheries in a fun way.
