Eitaro Sohon Sho] New store opened at Ginza Mitsukoshi

Eitaro Sohonchiki” has newly opened a branch at Ginza Mitsukoshi.
This dumpling specialty store offers a lineup of Edo-mae “prosperous dumplings” baked every morning in the building’s kitchen. The new “Hanamori Dango Tempura” is available exclusively at the Ginza Mitsukoshi store.
A fried egg is sprinkled on top of the sweet-and-sour mitarashi sauce and garnished with aonori (green sprouts) for color. Other dumplings include the standard “Hanamori dango with dark red bean paste” recommended for those who love red bean paste, “Hanamori dango with aji-tarashi” that makes use of Nimben’s soup stock, and “Hanamori dango with bonito shavings” topped with “Hanamori dango with katsuo bushi-tari”.
