This is the highest quality “Ankimo” from Sutsu, Hokkaido. Thanks to the blessings of the sea, fishermen, and suppliers. At Isegen, we steam and deep-fry ankimo as it is, and use the center of the ankimo for kimosashi. Therefore, it is different from the common round shape.
