Shinbashi Tamakiya] “Spring Menu” of Western-style course meals is now available until May 20. Western-style course “Spring Menu” starts!

The course menu that started at the end of November 2022 with the concept of enjoying tsukudani-based dishes with wine pairings has been replaced by a spring menu starting March 10. Offered is a set of eight a la carte dishes and wine pairings (three wines by the glass). Don’t miss the seasonal flavors of dishes using asparagus and snap peas.

Amitabha Butter
Shrimp tsukudani and caramelized nuts
Fukimiso miso wasabi cheese
(2) Marinated horse mackerel with citrus fruits
Braised horse mackerel with grapefruit
(3) Denbrandt.
Combination of fab and mashed potatoes with a bucket.
(4) Spring sauteed kyarabuki butter
White tsukudani with kyarabuki, asparagus and snap peas
(5) Scallion Fregola
White tsukudani scallion and fregola, a type of pasta
(6) Cherry agar with green soybeans
Spring-like agar with green soybeans, salted cherry blossoms and strawberries
