Toraya] Toraya Bunko 50th Anniversary! Yokan Sugoroku in 2021″ Exhibition

Inspired by “Funabashi Meihin Yokan Soroku” (photo) made by Funabashiya, a famous yokan store in the late Edo period, Toraya created a giant yokan sugoroku, a Toraya original, under the supervision of an analog game expert. The game will be spread all over the floor of the gallery.

In addition to introducing Toraya’s various types of yokan, the book also includes such massages as “Nourish yourself during a marathon. It also has a section that says, “Eat yokan for nutrition during a marathon and you will feel more energetic” and “Eat yokan with cream cheese and it was delicious”. It is a fun to look at, and is a sugoroku puzzle full of yokan.
