Located in Nishi-Azabu, Azabu Shogetsudo is also close to Hiroo and Minami-Aoyama.Since its founding in the late Taisho period, it has carefully passed down the skills of craftsmen and creative flavors.Seeking a new form of wagashi, the third-generation owner created from scratch the signature item, “Ichimai-nagashi Azabu Anmitsu Yokan.”When you open the box, the jewel-like yokan spread across the surface impresses not only with its beauty but also with its unchanged traditional taste, making it a prized item ordered by fans nationwide.

What the shop values above all is the deliciousness of its bean paste.先Made without any preservatives or additives, following teachings from the previous generation, the bean paste supports the shop’s popularity for nearly a century.Inside the shop is a small tea room where you can enjoy the wagashi along with sencha, matcha, and other teas.
