What are the characteristics of “unfiltered” sake? Words related to sake(Muroka)

Japanese rice wine

As the name implies, sake is made without filtration. Sake that has been pressed is usually filtered to remove turbidity and other impurities, but without filtration, the sake’s natural aroma and richness can be felt as it is. However, sake without filtration allows the original aroma and richness of sake to be experienced. Compared to sake that has been filtered, unfiltered sake is characterized by its bright, golden color and rich aroma.
